At Pretty White Dress we celebrate each Bride for their unique style. We know your wedding day is one of the most special moments of your life and we believe your dress appointments should be too.
With years of experience in the Bridal Industry and a fully creative team of designers, we know our stuff, from fit and construction to fabrics and embellishments. Not only does our creative background come in handy for assisting you with finding the perfect dress, we also offer a bespoke service where we can make your dream wedding dress from scratch or simply tweak your chosen designer dress to make it even more perfect and unique to you.
Just off the bustling high street of Hale village in Altrincham sits our Pretty boutique, adorned with flowers and luxurious dresses just waiting for their bride to find them.
The Boutique is one of our favourite places to be and represents everything we love.

Our ethos is to ensure that every bride and friend or family member who comes to visit us feels welcome, relaxed and extra special. Our brides mean so much to us and we want to make sure they know how fantastic they are, because we love to build up other women.

Finding you the dress which makes you glow inside and out is our goal, but without the added pressure that many brides can find intimidating and stressful. This should be an exciting experience that will stay with you long after the wedding.

Meet theTeam
Sara completed her degree in Clothing Design back in 2007 and always knew she wanted her own business in the fashion industry. Her career started in London working for top fashion brands, Oasis, Coast, Karen Millen and Whistles and then moved onto styling for photoshoots and catwalk shows. After having her first child she got a part time job in a Bridal Boutique and immediately fell in love with the Bridal Industry, dreaming that one day she would have her own shop...8 years on and the dream became a reality.
Sara's passion for Bridalwear and customer service is evident from the moment you meet her. Her knowledge on styling is second to none and she is sure to help each Bride, no matter what their style, find their perfect dress whilst helping them to style their dress with accessories and bespoke customisations to complete a unique look for their big day.
Sara - Owner/Stylist/Designer
Chloe - Head Seamstress/Studio Manager
You'll mostly find our lovely Chloe chained to a sewing machine during Bridal season as like it says in her title, she is our seamstress extraordinaire, helping all our Brides to have a perfectly fitted dress that is unique to them. With a degree in Clothing Design and technology and years of bridal alterations experience under her belt, Chloe is one of the best in the industry and we are so pleased to have her with us at Pretty White Dress! Chloe brings the boutique to life with her infectious laughter and non stop entertainment. She's sure to put every Bride she meets at ease and has built many friendships with previous Brides through the years. We love our lovely Chlo and we know you will too!
Lily - Bridal Stylist
With years of experience in the fashion industry and a degree in Fashion Design, Lily knows exactly what a bride needs. She's so extremely talented that she was picked to showcase her work at Paris Fashion Week.
Her serene demeanour and constant smile helps brides relax instantly. Combined with her wealth of knowledge of dresses and alterations, Lily is sure to find her brides the perfect dress and ensure it fits flawlessly for the big day.
Lily's favourite part of the job is getting to know the brides and building a meaningful relationship with them, whilst helping find a dress that not only ticks all the boxes but makes the bride feel incredibly special.
Liv is our most recent addition to the PWD family. After completing her BA Hons degree in Fashion Design from Nottingham Trent University, Liv went on to work for an independent small business, hand sewing intricate accessories. Her keen eye for attention to detail and hand sewing luxury fabrics makes Liv the perfect person to work in bridal. Her favourite part of the job is the process of making the brides dress the most beautiful it can be, whether that be through alterations or bespoke customisations. It can be a real labour of love working on the gowns but the magical moment of seeing the bride in the finished dress is what makes it all worth while for Liv.
