We want your experience with us to be the best you have ever had and for you to feel as comfortable as if you were with old friends.

You'll be welcomed in and offered a drink to help you relax as you tell us everything we need to know about your style, your vision and wedding journey so far.

It's important that you try on variety of styles so you can really make an informed decision.

What you like on Instagram/Pinterest is not necessarily what you'll like on you, so come with an open mind. 

We'll let you choose the dresses you want to try but will also use our expertise in guiding you to certain dresses you may not have thought about that would look great on you!

​

You'll be taken into our lusciously large changing room and dressed by your stylist who will pin and nip the sample gowns to help give you the best vision of each dress. Do be aware that each sample dress is a different size and not all will fit properly, some may be too big some too small, but that is why we are here.

​

When you're in your dress you will then get to walk out and see yourself in the beautiful bright boutique in all your bridal glory. Here you can be honest about how you feel and see yourself, it helps us know how to help and tailor dresses to you.

Should you find your dream dress with us we'll pop a bottle of bubbly to celebrate and take a picture under our

'I found my Pretty White Dress' sign!

We even have an extra special gift for you.

We'll take your measurements so we can order the best size for you and talk about accessories, underwear and shoes ready for your fittings. We require a 50% deposit to secure your order and you can go home walking on air because you and your dress are in the best hands.

​

If you just can't choose between a couple of styles, we simply book you in for a retry so you can have a bit of thinking space before trying them back on again.
